ADMISSION TO THE I STAGE OF HIGHER EDUCATION
Foreign citizens and stateless persons temporarily staying or temporarily residing in the Republic of Belarus (their representatives)
submit the following documents to the selection committee:
1. Application addressed to the head of the institution of higher education.
2. A copy of an identity document duly certified.
3. The original certificate (document) of education (with the exception of persons studying at an institution of higher education and entering to receive a second (subsequent) higher education, persons entering to receive higher education in a distance form) indicating the subjects studied and the grades received on them (points) - subject to the recognition of these documents in the prescribed manner in the Republic of Belarus. Persons studying at a higher education institution and entering to receive a second (subsequent) higher education, persons entering to receive higher education in a distance form, have the right to submit a copy of the document on education.
4. A copy of the certificate (document) of education and its annexes, certified by the head of the institution of higher education in which the applicant is studying - for persons studying at an institution of higher education and entering for a second (subsequent) higher education. Also provided is the written consent of the head of the institution of higher education from the place of basic education and a certificate stating that the citizen is a student (indicating the results of mastering the content of educational programs of higher education at the time of issuing the certificate). The consent of the head of the higher education institution and the said certificate shall be certified by the signature of the head of the higher education institution and the seal of the higher education institution.
5. Conclusion of the medical advisory commission issued by the territorial health organization of the Republic of Belarus (after passing the mandatory medical examination in the direction of the Higher Educational Institution) - for those entering the full-time (full-time) form of education.
6. A medical report on the state of health and a certificate of the absence of HIV infection, issued by the official health authority of the country from which the candidate came to study (with the exception of applicants entering the remote form of higher education);
7. Original (copy) of the birth certificate.
8. Testimony about the graduation from the faculty of pre-university training, the preparatory department, the preparatory courses of the HEI (at the end of the faculties of pre-university training, the preparatory departments, the preparatory courses of the HEI).
9. A copy of the compulsory medical insurance contract drawn up in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
The listed documents, executed in a foreign language, are simultaneously accompanied by their translation into Belarusian or Russian, certified by a notary.
10. Photos 3x4 in size - 6 pieces.
11. Documents confirming that a citizen of the Republic of Belarus permanently resides in the Republic of Belarus for no more than two years immediately preceding the date of submission of documents by him for higher education.
12. An identity document must be presented in person . In the case of submission of documents on behalf of the applicant, his legal representative presents documents proving the identity and status of the legal representative, and a copy of the identity document of the applicant. If documents are submitted on behalf of an applicant by his representative, acting on the basis of a power of attorney, a document proving the identity of the representative, a copy of the identity document of the applicant, and a power of attorney certified by a notary or an authorized official are presented.
Persons wishing to receive a second (subsequent) higher education of the 1st stage, (their representatives)
provide the following documents to the selection committee:
1. Application addressed to the head of the institution of higher education.
2. Copies of the diploma of higher education and its appendix, duly certified.
3. Medical certificate on the state of health in the form established by the Ministry of Health.
4. Photos 3x4 in size - 6 pieces.
5. A copy of an identity document certified in the prescribed manner - for foreign citizens and stateless persons.
6. Conclusion of the medical advisory commission issued by the territorial health organization of the Republic of Belarus (after passing the mandatory medical examination in the direction of the Higher Educational Institution) - for foreign citizens and stateless persons entering the full-time (full-time) form of education.

For applicants entering the correspondence or full-time (evening) form of education, included on the date of submission of documents to the selection committee of the HEI in the list of national or national teams of the Republic of Belarus in sports - a certificate of confirmation of being on the list national or national team of the Republic of Belarus in sports, issued by the Ministry of Sports and Tourism.
2. For persons with impaired vision, hearing, functions of the musculoskeletal system, disabled children under the age of 18, disabled people of groups I, II or III - the conclusion of a medical consulting or medical rehabilitation expert commission on the absence of medical contraindications for training in the chosen specialty (direction of specialty, specialization) and the qualifications to be awarded.
3. For persons with impaired vision, hearing, functions of the musculoskeletal system - the conclusion of the state center for correctional and developmental education and rehabilitation or a certificate of mastering the educational program of special education at the level of general secondary education.

1. Each applicant can familiarize himself with his written examination work, regardless of the mark received, on the basis of a written application submitted to the chairman of the subject examination committee no later than one day after the announcement of the results of the entrance test.
2. In case of disagreement with the mark, the applicant or his legal representative has the right to submit a written application to the chairman of the selection committee to review the results of the entrance test (hereinafter referred to as the appeal).
When passing the entrance test orally, the appeal is filed on the day of its holding, when conducting the entrance test in writing - no later than one day after the announcement of the mark.
Consideration of the appeal is carried out no later than the next day after its submission in the presence of the applicant and examiners who directly accepted these entrance examinations.
3. The procedure for filing and considering an appeal is communicated to applicants before the start of the entrance examinations, on the day the applicant submits documents to the admission committee of the institute.
4. To consider appeals for the period of entrance examinations, by order of the chairman of the selection committee, an appeal committee is created and its chairman is appointed.
5. The procedure for consideration of the appeal provides for the transfer by the chairman of the selection committee of the sheet of the applicant's oral answer or the sheet of the applicant's written answer to the appeal committee. A draft of the applicant's response to the appeal commission is not transferred and is not considered.
During the consideration of the appeal, which is not a re-examination, only the correctness of the mark is checked. To this end, the Appeal Commission analyzes the entries in the applicant's answer sheet and, on their basis, determines the correctness of the grade. Members of the Appeal Commission can ask questions to the applicant present at the consideration of the appeal only in order to clarify the reading of the entries in the applicant's answer sheet in case of illegible handwriting of the applicant, numerous corrections and blots, etc. When considering an appeal, an additional survey of the applicant is not allowed.
6. An applicant present during the consideration of the appeal must have an identity document with him. With a minor applicant (under 18 years of age), one of his legal representatives has the right to be present during the consideration of the appeal.
7. After consideration of the appeal, the decision of the appeal commission on the mark is made.
In the event of disagreement between the members of the Appeal Commission due to the mark put up, a vote is held, and the mark is determined by a majority of votes. The voting results of the members of the Appeal Commission are final and are not subject to revision.

Foreign citizens and stateless persons enter the institute for higher education of the 2nd stage on a paid basis:
1. Based on the results of the final certification when mastering the content of the educational program for preparing people for admission to institutions of higher education of the Republic of Belarus or the educational program of higher education of the 1st stage and an additional interview on the profile academic discipline.
In this case, a foreign citizen (stateless person) submits to the admission committee of the institute a certificate of the established form on the study of the subject "Russian as a foreign language" at the faculty of pre-university training (preparatory department, preparatory courses).
2. Based on the results of an interview that establishes the level of their proficiency in the language of instruction in volumes sufficient to master the content of the educational program of higher education of the II level, and an additional interview on the profile academic discipline.
In this case, a foreign citizen (stateless person) is interviewed for knowledge of the Russian language at the institute.
An additional interview is conducted on the profile academic discipline "Economic Theory".
Submission of documents and enrollment - until October 15.
Foreign citizens and stateless persons enter the institute for higher education of the 2nd stage on a paid basis:
1. Based on the results of the final certification when mastering the content of the educational program for preparing people for admission to institutions of higher education of the Republic of Belarus or the educational program of higher education of the 1st stage and an additional interview on the profile academic discipline.
